Dr. King grew up across the river in Van Buren, AR. He attended undergraduate school at the University of Arkansas, where he met his wife, Lexie. Dr. King earned his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Houston. Shortly after he purchased an established optometry practice and created Royal Eye Care. 

Outside the office, Dr. King enjoys golfing, hunting, and rooting for the Razorbacks.

Dr. King is an active member of the Arkansas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He is a proud member of the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to furthering his involvement in the community. Lexie is Dr. King’s wife and joined the Royal Eye Care team in October 2020. She takes pride in our wide selection of frames and helping patients find the perfect pair. She grew up in the small town of Ozark before she went on to attend the University of Arkansas. Lexie completed her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas and went on to receive her physical therapist assistant license from Arkansas Tech University. She spent 4 years practicing physical therapy in Houston, TX and the River Valley.

Lexie enjoys attending Razorback games, traveling with her husband, and organizing!

Anne was born and raised in Fort Smith, AR. Anne and her husband, Vic, have two sons. She enjoys antique shopping and spending time with her four grandsons. When the weekends are nice you can find Anne on the lake fishing with her family. She is currently working on her bucket list of traveling to each of the states in the U.S. Anne helps to make sure our days run smoothly and handles our patient’s insurance needs.

Chelsea came to us with over nine years of experience in the medical field and three of those years being an optometric assistant. Chelsea was born and raised right here in the River Valley. Chelsea enjoys nature photography, being a cat lady, and watching movies. If you want to know anything NASCAR or Harry Potter related, she is your girl!

Born and raised in Fort Smith, Yailin has been in the medical field since 2020. She attended Vista College to become a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA). Yailin is first generation Hispanic, likes iced coffee, and enjoys Target runs in her free time. Yailin also enjoys traveling to Mexico visiting family.
